Wikidata field

Adds wikidata and wikipedia fields for every object.
Those behave almost the same as in the iD editor: the wikidata field
makes requests to the wikidata API and fills both fields.
The wikipedia field is a plain text field, so maybe don't touch it.
Obviously those fields require internet access to function.

To install a plugin, there are four options:
- In the app, open Settings → Plugins → Add a plugin, and find "Wikidata field" there. Tap it and then "Add".
- Click on this link if you're viewing this page on a phone (will do nothing in a browser).
- Download the plugin file and open it in Every Door.
- In the app, open Settings → Plugins, tap the QR code button in the top right corner, and scan this:
